Plot:
Logan (Hugh Jackman) and Victor Creed (Liev Shreider) are enrolled in a team of elite mutants, called Team-X and are being led by William Stryker (Danny Huston). But after the team kills innocents on their mission in Nigeria, Logan leaves the Team, disgusted by what they had done. Nearly six years later, Logan is working as a lumberjack and lives with his girlfriend Kayla Silverfox (Lynn Collins). His dreams are shattered when Victor hunts down and kills Kayla. He hunts down Victor, gets defeated, and turns to Stryker who has his skeleton reinforced with adamantium. Logan begins to search for Victor but finds out that Stryker had been deceiving him all along.
In 1845, James Howlett, a kid living in the Northwest Territories, Canada, witnesses his dad being killed by janitor Thomas Logan. Uneasiness enacts the kid's transformation: Bone paws distend from his knuckles, and he pierces Thomas, who uncovers that he is James' organic dad prior to passing on. James escapes alongside Thomas' other child, Victor Creed, who is James' relative and has a sharp paw nails and recuperating factor change like James. They spend the following hundred years as officers, battling in the American Civil War, both World Wars and the Vietnam War in 1973.
In Vietnam, the undeniably brutal Victor endeavors to assault a Vietnamese lady and kills a senior official who attempts to stop him. James gets back to Victor upon the upheaval, and uninformed about his sibling's plan, he races to protect him. This outcomes in the pair being condemned to execution by terminating crew, which they get by because of their freak mending capacities. Major William Stryker approaches them in military guardianship and offers them participation in Team X, a gathering of freaks including master marksman Agent Zero, katana-using soldier of fortune Wade Wilson, teleporter John Wraith, super-solid and resistant Fred Dukes, and technopath Chris Bradley. They join the group for a couple of missions, with James utilizing the nom de plume Logan, yet Victor and the gathering's absence of discretion and compassion for human existence makes Logan leave.
After six years, in 1979, Logan fills in as a lumberjack in Canada, where he resides with his better half Kayla Silverfox. Stryker and Zero methodology Logan, revealing that Wade and Bradley have been killed; somebody is focusing in the group. Logan won't rejoin Stryker, yet in the wake of tracking down Kayla's bloodied body in the forest, understands that Victor is dependable. He tracks down Victor at a nearby bar and loses the resulting battle.
Thereafter, Stryker makes sense of that Victor has denounced any and all authority and offers Logan a method for becoming sufficiently able to seek his retribution. Logan goes through an excruciating activity to support his skeleton with adamantium, a for all intents and purposes indestructible metal. When the method is finished, Stryker orders that Logan's memory be deleted so he can be utilized as Stryker's own weapon, yet Logan catches wind of and getaways to a close by ranch, where a several takes him in. Zero kills the couple the next morning and attempts to kill Logan. Logan brings down Zero's helicopter and pledges to kill both Stryker and Victor. He then, at that point, explodes the helicopter, killing Zero in the following blast.
